Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Any order placed before 11:00 a.m. is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

France & Monaco: delivery (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) is free on orders over €60. Below that, a flat rate of €5.85 (Mondial Relay) or €8.80 (Colissimo) is applied depending on the choice of standard delivery method. Express shipping with Chronopost is billed according to the weight of the package.

Europe (DE, AT, IT, ES, UK, BE, LU, DE, PB, CH, LI, AD): Colissimo delivery is free on orders over €90. Below that, a flat rate of €15.80 (Colissimo). Express shipping with UPS is charged based on the weight of the package.

Europe Others: Colissimo delivery is free on orders over €120. Below that, a flat rate of €24.80 (Colissimo). Express shipping with UPS is billed based on the weight of the package.

Outside Europe: UPS delivery is free on orders over €160. Below that, express shipping with UPS is charged based on the weight of the package.

For greater convenience, we offer 4 delivery methods depending on the destination: Colissimo Domicile, Relay Point by Mondial Relay, Chronopos and UPS.

Time limit

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 1 to 4 working days (depending on the chosen carrier and the destination country). Outside Europe the delay can be 2 to 6 days.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Transporting your package

When you choose the standard delivery method, the name of the carrier will be communicated to you when you confirm your order by email.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen (Standard, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, UPS), you will receive a confirmation email which will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order.
We cannot group several separate orders, in which case you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

For deliveries to a post office, you have 14 days to collect your package. For delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point, you have 8 days to collect your package.

After this time, the package will be returned to us. In the event that your order is eligible for a refund, the shipping costs will therefore not be refunded to you.

You have 14 days after the delivery date to return an item (excluding gift cards which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

For any return request, you must:

1. Make a request using the contact form here .
2. The person in charge of returns will contact you as soon as possible to tell you what to do.

This return will be made at your expense.

Upon receipt, our logistics center will check the product's compliance status.
If the latter is compliant (original packaging, in blister pack and unused), the refund request will be validated and carried out.

Refund

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of your item(s) to the payment method used for your purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to make the refund to another account or via a credit card different from the one used for payment at the time of order.

Any package sent outside of this procedure cannot be processed .
