Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Any order placed before 11:00 AM is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

France & Monaco: Delivery (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) is free for orders over 50€. Below this amount, a flat rate of 3.95€ (Mondial Relay) or 4.95€ (Colissimo) applies depending on the chosen standard delivery method. Express shipping with Chronopost is charged based on parcel weight.

Europe (DE, AT, IT, ES, UK, BE, LU, DE, PB, CH, LI, AD): Colissimo delivery is free for orders over 90€. Below this amount, a flat rate of 8.90€ (Colissimo) applies. Express shipping with UPS is charged based on parcel weight.

Other European Countries: Colissimo delivery is free for orders over 120€. Below this amount, a flat rate of 16.80€ (Colissimo) applies. Express shipping with UPS is charged based on parcel weight.

Outside Europe: UPS delivery is free for orders over 160€. Below this amount, express shipping with UPS is charged based on parcel weight.

For your convenience, we offer 4 delivery methods depending on the destination: Colissimo Home, pick-up point by Mondial Relay, Chronopost, and UPS.

Delivery Times

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 2 to 4 business days (depending on the chosen carrier and destination country). Outside Europe, the delay can be 2 to 8 business days.

Parcel Transportation

When you choose standard delivery, the carrier's name will be communicated to you in the order confirmation email.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen (Standard, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, UPS), you will receive a confirmation email allowing you to track your parcel's delivery online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees.
We advise you to group your purchases into a single order.
We cannot group several distinct orders; in this case, you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

For deliveries to post offices, you have 14 days to collect your parcel. For delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point, you have 8 days to collect your parcel.

After these deadlines, the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that your order is eligible for a refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item (excluding gift cards, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

To request a return, you must:

1. Make a request using the contact form here.
2. The person in charge of returns will contact you as soon as possible to explain the procedure to follow.

This return will be at your expense.

Upon receipt, our logistics center will verify the product's compliance status.

If it is compliant (original packaging, sealed, and unused), the refund request will be validated and processed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to the payment method used during your purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to issue a refund to another account or via a credit card different from the one used for payment at the time of order.

Any parcel sent outside of this procedure cannot be processed.
