Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Any order placed before 11:00 a.m. is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

France & Monaco: Delivery (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) is free on orders over €60. Below that, a flat rate of €5.85 (Mondial Relay) or €8.80 (Colissimo) is applied depending on the standard delivery method chosen. Express shipping with Chronopost is charged based on the package's weight.

Europe (DE, AT, IT, ES, UK, BE, LU, DE, PB, CH, LI, AD): Colissimo delivery is free on orders over €90. Below that, a flat rate of €15.80 (Colissimo) applies. Express shipping with UPS is charged based on the package's weight.

Europe Other: Colissimo delivery is free on orders over €120. Below that, a flat rate of €24.80 (Colissimo) applies. Express shipping with UPS is charged based on the package's weight.

Outside Europe: UPS delivery is free on orders over €160. Below this amount, express shipping with UPS is charged based on the package's weight.

For greater convenience, we offer 4 delivery methods depending on the destination: Colissimo Domicile, Point relais by Mondial Relay, Chronopos and UPS.

Time limit

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 1 to 4 business days (depending on the chosen carrier and the destination country). Outside Europe, the delivery time can be 2 to 6 days.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Transporting your package

When you choose the standard delivery method, the name of the carrier will be communicated to you when your order is confirmed by email.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen (Standard, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, UPS), you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order.
We cannot group several separate orders, in which case you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

For post office deliveries, you have 14 days to collect your package. For Mondial Relay delivery, you have 8 days to collect your package.

After this time, the package will be returned to us. If your order is eligible for a refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

You have 14 days after the delivery date to return an item (excluding gift cards which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

For any return request, you must:

1. Make a request using the contact form here .
2. The person in charge of returns will contact you as soon as possible to tell you what to do next.

This return will be made at your expense.

Upon receipt, our logistics center will check the product's compliance status.

If the latter is compliant (original packaging, in blister pack and unused), the refund request will be validated and carried out.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of your item(s) to the original payment method used for your purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to issue refunds to a different account or credit card than the one used for payment at the time of order.

Any package sent outside of this procedure cannot be processed .
