What is your first beauty and well-being gesture in the morning when you wake up?
Hugging my children. Nothing makes me more beautiful...
What is your beauty ritual?
The Youth Pearl Essence Serum from the 7 Illumine IOMA range and My personalized IOMA Day Cream . Then a light make-up on the skin and shade on the eyelids.
And in the evening?
I use a regenerating lotion, an anti-aging serum and then my personalized IOMA night cream .
What beauty trick did you inherit from your mother and/or grandmother?
Clean my skin as often as possible while massaging it to stimulate its elasticity: my maternal grandmother had beautiful and very young skin thanks to the grimaces she made every morning when she woke up in front of the mirror. Every morning I think of her thanks to this little ritual.
What is the beauty routine that you are the “only” one to do?
I am addicted to massages and I think I am one of those rare women who massages their body and face very often...

What is your first beauty and well-being gesture in the morning when you wake up?
My first action in the morning is to drink a good half liter of water, it wakes me up and rehydrates me instantly.
What is your beauty ritual?
In the morning, I clean my face with clear water then I apply my tailor-made IOMA Day Cream , an eye contour cream and a touch of Vitality Shot serum.
And in the evening?
In the evening, I cleanse my face with IOMA Astringent Tonic Mousse and then apply a night cream and eye contour cream. Once a week, I do a scrub and a moisturizing mask.
What beauty trick did you inherit from your mother and/or grandmother?
The beauty routine I inherited from my mother is to always moisturize the skin morning and evening. Moisturized skin is the ultimate prevention against wrinkles!
What is the beauty gesture that you are the “only” one to do?
The beauty routine that I am the only one to do is from time to time hair masks with eggs and castor oil, while making a face mask with what is left on the mango skins that I eat. It is the best for hydration.
What is your favorite treatment at IOMA?
My favorite treatment at IOMA is the Vitality Shot radiance serum! It gives an incredible glow without makeup!
What did you think of the experience at La Boutique IOMA Paris?
It's always a pleasure to have a treatment at the IOMA Boutique, I'm given lots of advice that I follow to the letter, and I come out feeling ultra relaxed, in my head as well as on my skin. Since I've been using IOMA products and advice, I no longer have any skin problems. That's all I had before, it was terrible. And now, I've never felt so good about myself.
What is the best anti-wrinkle product in your opinion?
The best anti-wrinkles for me are laughter, sports, happiness, and a healthy lifestyle (food, sports, little alcohol and no cigarettes).
What is a beautiful woman?
For me, a beautiful woman is a happy, radiant, luminous woman. Like an actress friend Pauline Lefèvre who is always radiant, and Julia Roberts whom I admire a lot and who is for me the height of solar.

What is your first beauty and well-being gesture in the morning when you wake up?
Floral water on the face: I feel like I'm rediscovering the 20-year-old Miss France inside me every time. And this alarm clock ringing every morning at 4am that doesn't really wake me up is a must to succeed in taking off! Otherwise, it's a shower in 3 minutes flat, with maximum time optimization: washing with integrated exfoliation and hydration! Spreading cream is out of time.
What is your beauty ritual?
Still in fast and furious mode, it's been 3 months that I motivate myself to drink hot lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning but to be honest, for the moment, I'm still on triple coffee! Otherwise, very light makeup: a swipe of mascara and I look awake (but only the look!) + a swipe of BB cream, 3 seconds and the magic of the complexion works! Thank you O God of makeup... But my absolute luxury in the evening remains bathing with my children and those bathroom moments with my daughters singing (out of tune) Celine Dion #Youhouhou and “Let It Go” with Frozen!
What beauty trick did you inherit from your mother and/or grandmother?
A special moment with my mom: herbal tea time! But alone again without mom, my bad habits take over again! Even if I am aware that herbal tea is draining and diuretic, M&M's are so much better...
What is the beauty routine that you are the “only” one to do?
Blonde Miss and speedy mom, proof against hair pulling, my hair is put to the test! So I take care of it every time I wash it and always let it dry naturally. My tip? Coat it with coconut oil before going to bed and don't wash it until the next day... yes, I'm so sexy and glamorous for sleeping!

As if in a cocoon, I felt more than privileged and amazed by the IOMA sphere: a complete check-up of my skin, scanned to reveal its past and the needs of the present. Impressive! All this in a "boutique jewel ", pampered by a lovely expert!
