How to do a detox cure?
To cleanse the body… we must stimulate some of our organs whose function is to manage and expel toxins (which can also be called waste) and toxic substances (which are substances that poison us such as alcohol, cigarettes and others…). As a priority: the kidneys, the liver, the intestines, the skin, and the respiratory tract. And what is done inside, is seen outside.
A new, fresh and radiant face for you!
For this, in detox it is important to:
- Limit pollutants (cigarettes, coffee, tea, fast food, sources of stress, etc.)
- Engage in gentle physical activity every day (walking, cycling, swimming).
The easy activity: walking works the abdominal region! Remember to focus your attention on your stomach during the exercise by pulling in your pelvis and contracting your abs.
- Massage to promote drainage and circulation of blood and lymph . Pine oil, known as an antiseptic and sudorific, facilitates the evacuation of toxins through the skin.

FOCUS ON AUDREY’S DETOX MENU
To be beautiful on the outside, to show off a pretty complexion , skin without imperfections , you have to carefully consider your menus and add lots of colors! Eat healthy, avoid excesses (sugars, fats) and favor vegetables known for their cleansing and purifying properties (leeks, artichokes, etc.). Another option? Reconnect with root vegetables like black radish. In a salad grated like carrots, in vinaigrette accompanied by green apples, it can quickly swing your starters! Another idea: grapefruit, super light in calories, is an anti-cholesterol and anti-diabetes champion. For dessert? Kiwi! Super rich in antioxidants and vitamin C , it preserves the skin's youthful capital . And don't forget yogurt to soothe and rebalance the intestinal flora.
As for drinks, we prefer low-mineral water so as not to tire the kidneys during this toxin drainage operation! And we treat ourselves to detox infusions with eucalyptus or lavender
